Mountaineering is physically and mentally demanding. Before you begin, ask yourself: Why do I want to do this? Your motivation will push you forward when training feels exhausting or when a climb tests your limits. Whether it’s the love for nature, the thrill of adventure, or the challenge itself, having a strong reason will help you stay committed.
